1. Introduction

Welcome to AccSys, a desktop accounting application developed and maintained by ViSa Innovations. By downloading, installing, or using AccSys software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software.

2. License Grant

ViSa Innovations grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AccSys software for your personal or business accounting purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the software
• Copy the software except for backup purposes
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the software

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data and ensuring that your use of AccSys complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to accounting standards, tax regulations, and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all financial data, records, and information entered into AccSys. ViSa Innovations does not claim any ownership rights to your data. As AccSys is a desktop application, your data is stored locally on your computer and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly opt into cloud backup features.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

AccSys is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ViSa Innovations does not warrant that the software will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ViSa Innovations be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of AccSys, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Updates and Support

ViSa Innovations may provide updates, patches, or new versions of AccSys at its discretion. These updates may be required for continued use of the software. Support services are provided according to your license type and may be subject to additional terms.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of AccSys and destroy all copies of the software in your possession.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
